CO that was supposed to fall off

Hello,

I checked my TU credit report and saw that one of my paid CO's was supposed to fall off 10/2012..I immdediately disputed it for being too old and the next day it was deleted..how do I do this with exp and equi..I opened the account in 2006 and last payment was 2008....thank you.

Call them and talk to a CSR.  Dispute as being obsolete over the phone.
