AFTER FICO SCORE GOES UP ...OLD COLLECTIONS ARE STARTING TO REPORT WHY?
they notice you're paying your debts, so now they want theirs.
but how would the know that ? do they look at your reports some kind of way?

In each year model of Fico is a collection score model. This is how they are notified. They give info to the CRAs that say when XXX occurs notify us and hence you are stopped in your rebuild by them reporting. Its a way to force you to deal with them and satisfy your previous debts.
is their any way to stop fico from doing this ? as soon as they reported ..they reported them as newly open accounts so i sent out debt validation letters ....i know one of the collection agencies must recived the letter becuse the recently updated the account as closed.....even tho i have not received the signed reciepts back
one is about 5 years old but the re aged it ...to seem new ..and its a medical collection .....the other ones are about two years old 2013 jan ..collections ....one is for 2100 dollers
They can pull your reports. Collecting on a debt is a permissible purpose so you can't stop it. They can keep updating it as a means to force your hand until resolved.
They come out of the woodwork.
FCRA 604 provides permissible purpose for debt collectors to pull consumer credit reports.
