What is the method by which I can get the CRA to do a manual review and bypass eOscar? The automated system seems to always verifiy items and only prolongs a persons attempt to get a resolution.
Instead of going through the CRAs which leave a lot to be desired in the dispute department, send a direct dispute to the creditor/CA. If you need a template let me know. And who is reporting.
I have sent direct dispute. A couple have come back with "itemized" statements that only show what is due. They aren't acutally addressing what I requested in my letters. What other steps should I take?
