CRA not responding

hi, can u put me in the right direction with the 3 credit agencies.  I have DV the CRA with no response thanks

You cannot DV a CRA, only a CA.  That is probably why they did not respond to you.

What exactly are you looking for?  You can search on the forums for their addresses.

oh, i did the CA, with the CMR grenn card back X2.  How do get it off the 3 CRA.

Does this collection originally belong to you? DV'ing the CA does not always mean that the CA will delete, I would send a Follow Up DV letter reminding them that they have not validated. 

You can always dispute with the CRA's if you think their is an error with reporting, or you believe the account is not yours!

Yes, it is not mine.  what do you say to the 3 CRA.  I thought there is a form letter straight and to the point.  thanks

The one time I did it I said "This account is not mine".

That's about as straight to the point as you can get.

From a BK years ago to:
9/09 EX pulled by lender 802
3/10 EQ- 800
4/10 TU -772

You can do the same thing with hard work
