CRAs have to delete collection?

I disputed my Equifax credit report on the equifax site for a collection that was in dispute at the time of collection and the amount reported was not correct. This collection disappeared from all 3 credit reports a week later. I got a letter from equifax dated 7/9 saying it was deleted. This reappeared on all of my credit reports. Transition 6/27, experience 7/12 and equifax 7/17. They still haven't sent me a reinsert letter. Can I dispute all 3 bureaus for reinsertion without notice if I only disputed equifax?

Yes there should be a reinsertion letter somewhere on these boards. They have to let you know within 5 days. Get ready for a CFPB complaint though. Especially for Experian. They feel like they are above the law

Equifax - 628, Experian -627, Transunion- 654 In the garden until 01/01/2019
