CREDIT DISPUTING

Chase bank closed two credit card accounts of mine in 2009 and put me on a liquidation plan that was suppose to benefit me. after four years of maling payments and balance (slowly) going down my scores had gone no where and they were not reporting that i was even making payments to them, just (N/A) every month. so i stoped paying them and not i have a recent charge off of those accounts on my credit file. is there a way to get them to date the charge offs back to 2009 when the account was first delinquent and closed (not reported anymore) or to get them to remove completely since they can not provide accurate statements showing my payment history from 2009 until now and had not been refplecting my payments to the account on the credit report while still holding the debt and not selling it off? any help would be great
