I came across this thread in my search for a way to contact CVF CAC regarding a 'personal loan' that is showing up on my credit report. There is a second personal loan showing up from LVNV Funding as well, and from what I understand CVF is an entity of LVNV Funding. Can anyone help share some information on what I should do to get these 'loans' off my report or what is recommended to say when contacting these places? Does a DV make sense at this point so I know where these came from?
