Jealous. I work til noon... ha
On an aside, I used to work for Sears Holdings in Hoffman... I worked in IT, but I have a couple friends there still, I might be able to sneak some GW type contacts. I will let you know, but in the meantime, BBB complaint will be a good start, because the BBB was created for just this type of scenerio

Thanks Rocket Ill keep you posted. On my side note Im jealous of anyone who has one day off been working non stop for two months now including the weekly jaunts to Long Island trying to keep my parents from killing each other LOL and all those other crazy things you do for parents like show them the computer is not broken they only hit the mute button on the speaker. NOT KIDDING!

One thought.....you may consider the local paper.....we have a weekly series which helps people with just these sorts of issues. Sears has really gone down hill.

The Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) is the primary statute for addressing disputes over billing, including receipt of goods and any other billing related issue.
Unlike the FCRA dispute processes, it has disclosure requirements imposed on the creditor.
Have you filed an FCBA dispute with the creditor?
As the prescribed statutory process, it is likely that any other complaint or dispute would be bolstered by having first disputed under that process.

This very interesting...I bought a video camera from sears a few years ago and returned it and was never credited the money on my card either...Needless to say, the account went to charge off and is now sitting with a CA (Midland)...I have told them that I didnt owe it because the merchandise was returned, but I feel like my words are falling on deaf ears... Its very ironic to me that the same thing happened with the same company in the same type of situation...
