Calvary Porfolio Goodwill Rejected

I paid off a HSBC account in collections with Calvary 1 month ago.

I wrote a goodwill letter.....REJECTED.....usual response of reporting accurate information ...blab

Anyway just dont want to lose hope ...so many people keep posting their success.....

Any advice ....anyone have a goodwill accepted from Calvary ......what next moves are
