calvary portfolio is listed on my report for hsbc. Today I get an alert they did a hard pull. I called them yesterday to make arrangements but I was on hold for too long and disconnected the call. Today I seen they did a hard pull. Why would they do this and can i dispute the inquiry or should I contact them directly?
