Re: Can CA and OC both list as 120+ days late?

Who are the CA's? Are they paid or unpaid?

Mine were paid with Arrow, Certegy, and FGNY.

Basically I sent them emails stating that they were reporting wrong.

With arrow I asked them to delete instead of correcting.

With certegy after knowing that they log all calls I got them to say that they would not correct info after I informed them that they were reporting wrong. I then fired off an email stating that they were willfully disregarding the FCRA and I gave them 48 hours to delete. They deleted.

With Fgny just asked to delete instead of correcting. They told me to dispute. I did, they deleted.

01/07 scores: Too scared to find out after looking at my free CRA reports
03/08 scores: TU: 660 EQ: 646 EX: 624
09/09 scores: TU: 735 EQ: 778 EX: ???
02/10 scores: TU: 779 EQ: 801 EX: 798 (home loan officer pull)
03/14 scores: TU 799 EQ: 809 EX: 817 (car loan credit union pull)
All that hard work paid off!!!! I'm now a happy home owner with an awesome interest rate!

CC Limits Garden Amex Clear $23000, USAA World Amex $15000, USAA Wold MasterCard $15000, BECU Visa $10,000, PenFed Visa $15000. Took a long time to get nice limits and low interest from that first app to BECU for $500 when I first started cleaning up my reports.

Wow, emailing worked?  I wonder if that would work for my Midland and two Palisades.  Both are paid.

Thanks so much for letting us know how it worked for you!

Hey your welcome! Yeah emailing does work, but not with everyone. As a matter a fact I'm working on my last CA from CMI via email as we speak.

If you DV'd and they continue to report you'll start racking up violations on them, after which you can sue. Which btw I've never done so you'll have to ask for help with that from some more knowledgeable people here. Good luck!

As for AMEX I think I've heard that their reporting lags 2 months behind, that may be the reason for the discrepancy there.

the 30 days have not gotten here yet for the DV's.  I called AMEX and they told me the same thing you said about the lag time.  That's pretty funny considering if your late they will charge you but they know they are very late and its suppose to be alright!
