They are showing me as late In Feb of this year when the acct has been closed several years. The sued me in Jan of 2012 I made the payments ans satisfied the judgement in Jan of this year . But can they still report the last time I missed a payment was in Feb?

Is the TL showing it was paid?

If it is no they cannot.

I made the last payment in Feb not Jan like I thought . But can they report those 90 day lates for all of 2012 even after i was making the payments to a law firm? Yes it shows as paid but shows 90 days late and CO as the last reporting status in feb.

Unless the payments brought the account current, yes, they can report lates each month.

It will always be a CO, nothing, even paid in full, will change that.  It should say paid after charge off or something like that.

Ok thank you guiness . It is frustrating the reporting changed I sent them a GW and they updated to show all those lates
