I have a CA listing on my credit report that was paid a few years back. It was paid to the CA itself not to the OC (it was a small amount and they'd called my mom's house instead of contacting me and she paid it which was very nice of her but now I'm hoping it won't be a wrench in the process!). I'd like to start the HIPPA process on the medical listings that I do have, this is the only one that was paid to the CA and no payment to the OC.
