Can I do this after I PIF the CA

I am currently paying a medical debt to a CA. Last payment will be 11/09.... when I'm finished do I use the HIPAA process or GW letter to have attempt to get it deleted? Do I GW to CA since TL is the CA only.

PS I started paying the CA before I found myFICO.

Your last payment is 11/09.  If you can,  offer them a PFD now.

If they do not accept it, you can try the GW route. Yes, you would send it to the CA since they are reporting.
