That could happen unfortunately. But leave it be likely it will not reappear. If it does make sure all info is correct. DOFD not reagged! Hospital may also realize its out of SOL and do nothing.:smileyindifferent:

Ok, so the CA could send it to another CA and report again? Geez, that would probably be my luck haha
