Can someone help me interpret my SOL

Below is the listing from Equifax. In Delaware SOL is 3 years. Am I out of the SOL? Date of First Delinquency is 9/2010 but date of last payment is listed as 2/2011

Based on DOFD you are past SOL, from what i understand SOL is calculated by DOFD.

Rebuilding and Reducing Debt, is my game plan.

It depends on state statute - payments reset SOL in my state.
