Can someone help me make this CEO letter beefier?

The direct dispute with GECRB and CFPB failed, before hiring an attorney this will be my last attempt to get it fixed, if anyone has anything to add (case laws, statues, etc) please please please feel free to include it on here!

Dear Mrs. CEO of GECRB,

I am only writing you as a last resort and I am pleading for your assistance, for the past 2 months I have been trying to have GECRB correct incorrect information on my credit report with the reporting agency EXPERIAN. I have received responses from a Mrs. Specialist 1, Mr Specialist 2, and Mrs. Specialist 3. Despite being able to prove the errors in the reporting the above 3 refuse to correct it, even going as far as contradicting federal laws and the FCRA (Fair credit reporting act). My concerns are 3 different points as listed below and I will include the responses (all 3 from the listed above are exactly the same)

Error on Report 1: On Experian there is no payment history listed, infact the only things reported here is a charge off as of December 2009.

Response by GECRB: Each credit reporting agency differs in how they display information. They all receive the exact same information from GECRB, but may have different ways in how they display the dates provided to the, (open date, closed date, report date, paid date, status date etc.) Due to non-payment on the account, the balance of $1,143.40 was charged off as a loss on July 5th, 2009, and later sold to Encore Capital.

My Rebuttal: This does not explain why there is no history of any payments whatsoever. I have contact EXPERIAN and they have indicated GECRB is not reporting any history.

Error on Report 2: On Experian there is a balance listed of $1,143.40 where it should be $0

Response by GECRB: As for the charge-off of the account and the balance showing on your credit reports, even though we have charged off the account, the balance is still valid and eligible for collection. Therefore, the balance of $1143.00 showing on your credit reports ie being reported accurately as it is the balance that was charged off. The information being reported on the account is frozen at the time is is charged off.

My Rebuttal: While it is true that the balance is still eligible for collection, it is NOT by GECRB. Once the account was sold to Encore Capital your legal right to attempt to collect on this debt is terminated and there no longer a balance due to GECRB. Therefore it must be reported as a $0 balance. Stating there is a balance owed to GECRB and stating it is eligible for collection by GECRB is misrepresenting the status of a debt and is against federal regulations. The notion that any type of reporting to the credit reporting agencies is ever "frozen" is preposterous and completely fictional.

Error on Report 3: On Experian it is clearly listed as a Charge off as of December 2009

Response by GECRB: As stated during the conversation, we have reviewed your account report and the information you provided. We have determined the account history is being accurately reported to the major credit reporting agencies.

My Rebuttal: It was clearly communicated to myself via original letters from multiple GECRB "Specialists" and "Senior Specialists" that the account was charged off as a loss on July 5th, 2009. This obvious oversight leads me to conclude that your specialists violated FRCA (a) (8) which requires a reasonable investigation of the accuracy, and verify it's correctness, or else update the information.

I can provide documents to support all my arguments listed above including original correspondence from said representatives and copies of my credit reports. Included below is an credit report from Experian listing the issues, and one response letter from Mr. Specialist 2.

I am asking for GECRB to remove the entire account from all credit reporting agencies. I believe this is the only fair resolution as this has damaged my credit history and scores for the past 4 years and when brought to the attention of "senior specialists" they purposely refused to correct the information despite overwhelming evidence.

I would also like to note all three above are now refusing to speak with me, even after leaving numerous voicemails. My contact information is listed below and I am free to speak with anyone in your office should the need arise.

Their responses are above it red, I cut and paste so the order isn't correct but it is verbatim. They refuse to change it despite overwhelming evidence.
