I went rounds with EQ. OC said in writing they would delte, took a yr and 2 tries on the OC to get it off, EQ ignored it ... there was 1 TL and about 1/2 way thought it was transfered to another dep in the OC , same account number etc, just different address.
EQ delted the positive portion of the line and left the CO portion.
I blasted them. Sent them a copy of the letter from the OC and told them it did not say to remove 1/2 the TL.. it said remove it ALL and if they couldnt do as they were told by the OC from over a yr I would be SUEING ( BIG HUGE LETTERS).
48 hrs later..it was gone with a letter a wk later in the mail showing it deleted.
I was sick of being nice.
