Can this show up on my reports again?

If you saw my earlier posts, I finally had someone at CMI delete a false account from my credit reports on November 3. Now my question is that I have investigations pending with all 3 credit bureaus. Is there any chance that this collection can show up again on my report?

I'm just bothered by the fact that the collection was removed but the investigations are still ongoing.

Do you have any paperwork from them agreeing to remove the false account...if you do then if it ever does pop back up dispute it with the CRA and fax that to them.
