Cant Vacate Satisfied Judgment..

or at least thats what I was told by two different offices in Indiana. Both judgements have been satisfied for close to 4 years but neither is willing to file a motion to vacate. Now what?

More info: both were from Capitol One and are paid in full
The requests were made over the phone.

See if you can file said motion yourself, you can find the info you need in the codified laws of your state that control how the civil court system works. Good luck Smiley Happy

Re: Cant Vacate Satisfied Judgment..

Thanks! I thought about filing the motion because of "failure to serve properly". In both cases the money was ordered held through the bank and then released to them at the court hearing.
