Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this recently; I emailed Cap 1 EO and received a response. The gentleman responded with his name, Cap 1 case #, and a contact #. When I called the number he gave as his contact, it had been changed. I emailed again and this time no response. I tried the Cap 1 chat for more info, but they suggested I call the generic 1-800 # for an account specialist.
I really need to reach out to the EO itself. Any suggestions?
I would send them another email and explain you received the info to call but the number had been changed.
When I emailed the Cap 1 EO I included my phone number and received a call within 2 days.
