I sent a goodwill letter to Cap 1 on Dec 13. I received a letter today, it states, "At this time we are unable to process your request, as your Account has been purged from our system due to inacitiviy."
So what does that mean? Should i just wait another month and send again? The account is a closed charge off, that's paid in full.

They have "boxed up" your records for sending to their basement shelves or server.
They did not want to take the time to walk down the steps.
Argggh! Well i just continue to send letters through all means...Execs, addresses, etc. I bet they'll pull up the info if i was to dispute or challenge them, but really i have no grounds.
