Capital One rarely if ever accepts a GW! I've probably sent about 30 letters already, and they say the same thing they have to keep reporting!

Without naming anyone in particular at CAP1 since its against the TOS of the forum, I can tell you CAP1 will not remove. Trust me, from someone who has gotten a list of every CEO at CAP 1, and eventually talking to the VP of financial services at CAP1, they will not remove anything. The first thing they will tell you is, it's against their policy. If it's an error, they have 30 days to correct it be FCRA rules, but that's all they will do.

Trust me,everyone on this board knows how dedicated I have been trying to get them off my credit report lol but good luck.
