I used the contact info that was given to me to contact cap one and get this only one 30 day late from Feb 2009 removed.
Got the one page letter saying they have to accurately report the information and thus cannot remove this late.
SO far not having much luck with the GW's

It's a slow process and some creditors are harder than others. I send probably dozens of emails and letters before I got my first "yes" but I've had a few successes and they've had a really positive impact on my credit score so all I can say is... keep plugging away!

Wow, sounds like a frivolous dispute - don't know what the consequences could be. They're unlikely to sue you for harrassment, but they must have SOME remedy to repeated frivolous disputes.
