What is the best route to take to get a 90 day late removed from credit report for capital one. It's not for me but my bf, he has a  secure card with $300 limit, we had a lot going on that year we lost our son. I finally got the card up to date & added a $100 deposit to his card, I spoke with a rep on his behalf via chat, they did in fact credit his account for the lates but I want them removed from his acct....any info is helpful

Well he does have either of those, is there another route?  Should I GW them via mail, or email
