I sent an e-mail at like 10am yesterday 7/28/2016 and then someone called me the same day at 4:45!!!

They said NO unfortunatly - but I saw that it does work!!! And I will keep trying!!

They called me and actually left a detailed voicemail saying they took care of it. I'm not sure how long it took , maybe a week or two. Good luck!
