Does anyone have an e-mail address for them? Can you send me a PM? I have 1 (30) late still showing from 2006. They were paid in full as to I got a newer car from a different bank at that time. I sure would like to get it removed i possible. Any help is greatly appeciated.

That 30 day late will come off this year turning the account into good standing.  Then it will stay for up to 10 years as a positive TL.

For up to 10 years from the date it was closed. If you start messing with it now, you might get the entire TL deleted. Ask me how I know this. I get the idea of a clean report, but as guiness said, the 30 will fall off this year anyway. Besides, the 30 is not causing you any "pain" in your score after nearly seven years.

I concur.  This account is aiding your CR, if you by chance have the TL deleted you could actually drop your score.
