Capital One Auto GW Lates

Sent a email to the CEO at the beginning of the month and received a call the next day saying they couldn't remove the lates from my CR. I know others have had luck going this route... is it just luck of the draw in who reviews your email? Should I try sending it again or do they notate the account saying they have already denied my GW request?

The older the lates the better with Cap-1. Persistence is sometimes required. I would try with a letter every other month.

Absolutely agree with this. Every time I see someone ask this question that is my response because sometimes it just needs to get tot he right person.
