To make a very long story short I used to work for Capital One Bank. They terminated me and ruined my checking account relationship with them. I was unemployed for several months and could not pay the negative balance and now the account is in collection efforts with Appelles. They refuse to pfd stating it is illegal. Im trying to get this removed and refuse to pay until they do so. Does anyone know of any helpful information for someone with Capital One Bank? I wish I could email an executive or something. Thanks for the help or advice.
