I had a charge off on capital one in 2012 sometime in 2014 they addmited that they owe me over 480 dollars which was more than my charge off. or 400 dollars more than my late fees. I have tried and tried and tried to fight with them to remove my charge off and they admit wrong doing but they refuse to remove my charge off. They even sent my money to the State of IL Lost property division. They refuse to give me a accoutning of how they all of a sudden found the error that gives me 480 dollars back into my pocket...and admit they don't have the details...
What are all the contact info for Captial One?
What address can I write to or who can my legal laywer write to? I don't care if I have to send letters to multiple addresses.
Capital ONe has refused all my requests in the past even though they admit they are wrong.

I would claim my money from the State and if Cap-1 is reporting a 0 balance now they have sold the debt to a JDB. If you are trying to have their TL removed you have to get it done by Goodwill of the creditor, a CO can report for up to 7.5 yrs post DoFD.
