Capital One Charge off Help

HI. I had a card with cap one which was charged off. I did pay the account in full back in March 2009 and it reports paid charge off.

I have been trying to get this removed with numerous letters to cap one execs only to get call backs from the executive customer service department denying my request.

Any suggestions/ numbers/names I could reach out to. I know this will fall off in about 3 years but I am applying for jobs and dont want to have to explain a charge off.

I have seen some success with GWs on baddie CapOne TLs via calling and writing to the address on your CR or to their many PO boxes out there. I had partial success with a couple of lates that way. In the past 4-5 yrs on here, I've never read of any success via GWing execs or any specific person within CapOne.
