See what happens when they post phaton payments and I send a FCRA 623 letter....They had to delete!!!!!! Started with 10 negs and down to 2....I got a 1 point increase on SW LOL......I will take it. My attorney is working on the PRA/GERB/CARE CREDIT phatom payment.....2013 is looking good!!!!!

i sent the same letter to one of mine for about the same thing.... its been 15 days since they received it. How long did yours take(approx)

I havent received any notice back from them at all
