I called the backdoor number for Senior Account Manager, which is posted in a sticky in the credit card forum.
I was able to get a 30 day late removed from early 2010. Total call took less than 5 minutes. I tried to get some removed from early 2009 on a closed account but they said they can't do it because they take it out of active records if the account has been closed for more than 2 years or so.

Go to the credit card section of this board. There are numbers for Cap1 in one of the sticky threads. I would almost say don't even try Cap1. It has brought me nothing but frustration. Im going to use my secured card to get where I need then I will never use another Cap1 product again.
It will definitely "not be in my wallet!"
