Capital One GW

Does anyone have a good e-mail address for an executive at CapOne? I've been trying to GW this charge-off for about 6 months now with no success. I see a lot of posts about people having success with CapOne so any information helps! Thanks in advance.

Re: Capital One GW

I also have had no luck with Cap One. About 8 GW letters and same responses from them that reporting is correct, blah blah blah. I called them but couldn't get a person to help me. I was dumb and paid the collection company. The collection company did however remove the bad from my report with one GW letter.

It would be much appreciated if somebody does have an email.

Thank You

Who was your collection company?  I would like to see about getting mine removed.

Re: Capital One GW

I had partial GW success with CapOne via the phone. Several had success that way. I can't recall any success at the executive level though.

Re: Capital One GW

I am pretty sure my collection company was Asset Acceptance.

Is there a listing where to call Capital One? Is it an Account Specialist that would be able to help the most? Last time I called I got some foreigner I couldnt understand.

Thank You

Re: Capital One GW

I have a few e-mail address from Cap1 that i've e-mail and gotten a call back from.

I tried everything from GW, to disputes, to telling them I'll increase my secured limit by 1,000 if they good will a old account that is closed.

She told me capital one has a company policy to not good will.  I even told her I know people who have had success, and still she was very stern in saying no.

I'll be more than happy to give you the addresses if you PM me, but they get nowhere.
