I got a secured Cap1 platinum for $99 down, $200 cl. Does this card include credit steps? If so, how long?

What is the "luv button?"

No, the secured card is not enrolled or a part of the credit steps program.

Luv Button: Referred to getting a credit limit increase on your card. (Requesting a CLI).

Also, do you know if my Secured Cap1 cc offer CLI without more deposit?
