Capital One Remove My Late Payments!!!!!!

Does anyone have info on getting a capital one late removed.  I was late twice when I became unemployed and since then my limits have increase but they won't remove the lates.  This is preventing me from buying a home.

I know this post is old, I hope there is someone that can assist me.

I have three late payments in 2008 that are on my credit report, that I would like to be removed. I have not been late in 7 years.

I tried contacting capital one on chat, but he tells me to dispute it with the credit bureau.

Why would I dispute it with the Credit Bureau, Im asking them for their assistance in removing three late payments that was back to back in 2008. 

It seems like those late payments are going to actually stay on there forever.

Can you share he email, fax, phone number and mailing address and what suggested verbage when asking for their assistance in removal?

I request you to file a dispute against the Credit Bureau, we will intiate a investigation on it.  If there is an error from our end we will rectify it.

Cpuld you please provide me with the email address, as well. I tried today to have two late payments removed. I have been eith Capital One for 5 years up until 10-14 and 01-15. Per the supervisor, their isnt anything they can do. The information has already been set to all reporting agencies and CANNOT BE REMOVED.

Yes could you please PM me the email address. I have two laye payments after 5 years with them. I was on the phone with csr and then i was transfer to a supervisor that pretty much mimic the same line as the agent: we cant remove what was entered correctly to the credit bureaus. They dont have that opportunity to.
