Credit is a game of strategy. Trying to decide what to do, what not to do, how will this effect me now, how will this effect me later? Crazy complicated. I think I'm hold out and not apply for anything else until I get my refinance and even after my US bank unsecures since US bank requires manual review to unsecure.
