Capital One and GEMB emails for GW

I had almost immediate success with a goodwill request to delete from Chase, but am finding it nearly impossible to locate email information in the same manner for Capital One or GEMB. I've tried PMing users on here from similar threads but no responses so I'm going to beg now!

I've been looking for GEMB e-mails since December and haven't gotten any help either. *sigh*
