Capital One and Macy Emails for GoodWill

Looking for email addresses for CapOne and Macys credit card, trying to get a few 30 day lates removed.

 

Ones you've used and succesfully got a reply, wheter removed or not doesn't matter, but letting me know doesn't hurt.
