Capital one 30 day late as a AU

I'm on my wife Capital one card as AU. They said she was late 30 day and she wasn't.  
When she called they told her she was correct and it will be off her report.

So 30 Day  later her late wasn't showing, but is showing on mine. Should I remove my name as AU or send GW.

Have your wife contact Cap 1. They should correct yours if they corrected hers.

I would give it a little more time, if not removed I would remove yourself off as AU and re-add yourself.
