i have been trying to get my old account remove, tried the chat just now. The account specialist said he couldnt do it but i asked if he could ask his supervisor. He came back after a min and said his supervisor can help me but he needed to verify my info. He asked for the last 4 digits of my old account which i dont have. oh well, i will try it again later.
