Capital one EO Call me

Wao I'm so happy in 1/2014 I miss a payment boom 30days late payments from my HSBC bank since cap1 buy my account I try to get this fix. Last Saturday I send a email to the EO on Monday a beautiful lady call me and ask me 3 question. 5 minutes on hold come back with "I'm going to look at your case" today she call just to say " we sent letter to the CRA to fix this please wait up to 35 days"

Wao now I only have 1 late payment from best buy citi and a charge off from macys
