Capital one EX office email?

Last week I apped for a 2 Capital One cards. QS1 and platinum. I was denied for both.  I have a CU credit card that will be updating in the next couple of days ( 4th statement ) with a CLI from 500 to 2000. Also a new revolving personal line of credit  through my CU for a 1000 that will report for the first time. Last a 200 cap1 secured, first statement and reporting will be the 11th. I would really like to get the QS1 so it will age with the others. 

Should I recon and if so does someone have a email or phone number for the cap1 Executive office?

Also will they do a SP or HP for recon?

I may be wrong, but I don't think your first step should be the EO. Try regular customer service and ask to recon. They may just look at the same pull, others may have experience and can provide more info.

Also, are those tradelines perfect history?

Yes. But as I said one has just cut the 4th statement. The others are about to report the first time.
