Capital one GW rejection... Keep trying?

I contacted the executive correspondence email and got a letter in the mail basically stating they can't change reporting but issued me a $35 credit for the late fee on the reporting I'm trying to get removed. At this point should I respond and keep trying? Is this 1 late in 2 1/2 years a pretty big hit to my FIFO or Is it not affecting it much?

I just sent my GW to them. What I'm doing is if I get any rejection to my GW letters I'm going to wait 10-14 days and resend.

Cap One is notoriously hard to GW - you just have to keep trying!

I've called three times and hit a road block each time. I have letters with CEO and CB disputes team. I'll see how those do.

Which dept. are you speaking with?

These are numbers i have used...no...the first time i didnt always have success. so i called back each subsequent day, until i got someone that was able to help me.
