I actually have the response to the good will letter right here in front of me....
However...... I only had one late from 2.5 years ago and the account was in good standing otherwise with a zero balance. I sent a generic GW to them a few weeks ago about the one late and received a confirmation that they removed the late and will post within 60 days.
