Has anyone had any success with CapOne either through the OP's contact or other means? I have 2 CapOne accts I'd like to GW, but have not had any luck. Maybe like the OP, I will likely call in and maybe make a payment and as for GW at the same time. Thoughts? Any other contact information I could use? Anyone had luck with calling Jasper?

I am still waiting on the OP to PM the contact # and customer service ID for him. If anyone has it and can share it please PM me. My million GW letters aren't working at all and I just made 2 very large payments to my cc account that I want to use as leverage.

I would like that info as well for 2 old accounts with lates from 04. I have a current capital one account and they just gave me a credit line increase to where i was in 05 so maybe their charity for me can continue! Thank you.
