Care Credit Charge-off and joint user filed bankruptcy

I have a now charged-off Care Credit card with my mother who was a joint account owner.  My mother filed for bankruptcy last year.  

What can I do to remove this from my report?

Were you an authorized user on the account or an actual joint owner ?   If you are a joint owner then they can come after you.....your mother's BK doesn't take away your own responsibility for the debt.
