Cavalry Portfolio

I was just reading a post from back in 2007....it said there is a SOL on cell phone accounts.  Is that accurate?

Date reported: 6/2009

Date assigned: 12/04

Creditor: Sprint PCS/cell

Orginial Amt Due: $325

DOFD: 12/02

Balance Date: 6/09

Status date: 06/09

Unpaid

PIF several yrs ago (it was required in order to get a new acct) I do not have proof of pymnt. Is there anything I can do especially if there is a SOL of 2 yrs for cell accts?

Thank you

Re: Cavalry Portfolio

Federal SOL is 2 years from DOFD. This only means that the OC must file a law suit within 2 years and has nothing to do with CRTP (how long it can be reported)

This must drop from your CR by in Dec. this year.

Re: Cavalry Portfolio

Thank you so much!  Is it safe to assume I should take no action?
