Cease and desist letter

Hi peeps, can anyone point me in the right directions for a cease and desist template? I'ts a very old debt and is no longer showing up on credit report.

The terminology "cease and desist" is actually a misnomer.

A consumer has the right under FDCPA 805(c) to notify a debt collector that they must cease communication with the consumer.

However, a consumer cannot require a debt collector to cease and desist from other legitimate collection activities, such as inquiries or credit reporting.

 You should title your notification as a Cease Communication notice.
