Cell bill SOL

Hi everyone,

I've been surfing through old posts on the SOL for cell phones..there seems to be some thought that there is a federal 2 year limit.  Does anyone know if this is the case, and if so, what are the particulars?

IMO no. The 2 years comes from the 1938 Telecommunications Act, long before cell phones. I've seen some sued via writtencontract per the UCC of their state.
